Individual Psychotherapy Session

I am trained in multiple evidence-based modalities and will meet you where you are in your journey with appropriate therapy techniques and interventions. Each client is unique and we’ll work together to figure out what you feel is best for you and your goals.

Coordination of Care Communication

I’m happy to reach out and connect with other healthcare providers that are part of your treatment team. This could include your psychiatrist, primary care provider, specialty care provider, dietitian, school counselor, etc. As your therapist, I want to help you receive the best collaborative care from your treatment team while providing support and advocacy as needed.

$25 for up to 30 minutes

EMDR Focused Psychotherapy Session

EMDR is also an evidence-based treatment that I’m able to provide for regular psychotherapy sessions. However, if you are working with another therapist who is not trained in EMDR, but would like to incorporate EMDR sessions into your treatment, I’m happy to work together with your primary therapist to provide EMDR in addition to your regular therapy sessions.

Initial Consultation Call

It can be helpful to speak with your therapist before meeting them for the first time in session. We want to make sure it’s a good mutual fit to work together. This phone call is an opportunity for you to ask me questions to determine if I’d be a good fit for you. It’s possible you may need a higher level of care that I’m unable to provide and if that’s needed, I can provide you with referrals.

Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I provide monthly superbills, which are itemized statements including service details, insurance codes, and a diagnosis. You may submit these superbills to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Please keep in mind that insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the client, and I am unable to assist with claims or coverage issues. I recommend checking with your insurance provider beforehand to understand your mental health benefits and out-of-network reimbursement options.
